To access the site, please use the following:

Username: Your Lennox Personnel Number without leading zeros. (This number may be found on your paycheck.)

Password: The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. (You will be required to change your password after your initial login.)

As of 10/13/2023, all passwords have been reset to the last 4 digits of an employee's SSN. If you need assistance with your Personnel Number, please contact a BenefitSource representative at (800) 284-4549. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. COBRA and Retiree Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.

In compliance with the Transparency in Coverage Rule, through UnitedHealthcare, UMR creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Lennox. The Transparency in Coverage Rule requires that group health plans post publicly available machine-readable files that include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services. While these files are accessible to all, the file itself is large and written in JSON, which is a machine-readable language, and not easily interpreted or searchable.

HOW THE COBRA PROCESS WORKS
Your current or former employer offers extended coverage to employees for up to 18 months after termination in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). If you are or were currently enrolled in COBRA eligible coverage (example: Medical, Dental, Vision) as an active employee you may be eligible to continue these coverages through COBRA.
